Podcast 18 is live and all about Time Span of Discretion! This term was coined by Elliott Jaques, a Canadian psychoanalyst, social scientist and management consultant known for as originator of concepts such as ‘corporate culture’, ‘mid-life crisis’ and ‘fair pay’, as a total system of managerial organization.

Podcast #15 - Top 10 Jobs Lost to AI

Today’s subject is all about current jobs already or gradually being lost to AI.

A few weeks back, we had the chance to talk about AI. But today I’d like for us to look into the future and see the possible and direct impact of these technologies on our jobs.

Bottom line, the integration of AI in our day-to-day is that jobs will be lost or cut.

To give us some perspective, I’ve put together my top 10 list of jobs that are already close to gone or will eventually die.

Hear something missing? Have better ideas? Good so then let me know.

Podcast #12 - Autonomous Vehicles

Podcast #12 is now live and today’s subject is all about Autonomous vehicles

And we’re not only talking about cars, but trucks, service vehicles and so on. As I use the word “cars” in the podcast to simplify the conversation, we can apply most comments to all vehicles on the road either today or coming in the next few years.

This is a complex subject and so I hope I can shed some light on the good sides and possible negative sides of this technology.

Podcast #9 - Assumptions

Today's subject is all about assumptions.

And to start the podcast I'll start with one of my favorite quotes from Isaac Asimov about the subject...

"Your assumptions are your windows on the world. Scrub them off every once in a while, or the light won't come in."

I that's really straight forward, but is it?

And that's a key question, at what time do our assumptions take control of our decisions and ultimately influences us?

Podcast #8 - Awareness

Today's subject is all about awareness.

Being aware.

But what's awareness?

Awareness is defined as the knowledge or perception of a situation or fact.

The definition also adds the concept of having more

concern about and having well-informed interest in a particular situation or development.

Seems pretty simple right? But it's not.

Podcast #7 - Getting Organized

I was recently asked what I thought was the biggest weakness someone could easily fix and my answer was very straightforward - getting organized!

I see this way too often, it pains me; many are simply disorganized.

But when you think about a little, it isn't that complex, to fix or at least, to get better at it!

Podcast #6 - Arguments

In today’s podcast – it’s all about disagreeing (while remaining respectful)

Disagreeing with others is an art. With this in mind, I thought it ‘be a good idea to talk about disagreeing with others, without loosing face.

I made a list of tips and tricks for us, and I’d like to share them with you. These tips can help you avoid being frustrated, unproductive and waste time and sometimes, people in the process.

Podcast #3 - Elon Musk

Welcome to our third podcast, today’s subject - is all about Elon Musk.

I know we’ve heard a lot in the past weeks and even years but I think the following will make you think! More precisely, I want to focus on what happened on Joe Rogan Experience #1169.

Elon’s presence was critiqued by many, but personally I thought it was very interesting. So instead on focusing on controversies and low value items from this interview.

Podcast #2 - Leadership

For podcast #2, the focus is all about Leadership.

First, I’ll go through why I chose this subject for the podcast. Many talk about leadership; but I think many also miss key elements. Second, I want to rapidly go through an article about Leaders and my main bug about it. Third, let’s just talk about leaders, what makes one.

And lastly, I want to give some tips and tricks on rapidly becoming a leader, or simply get better at it.

Remember, I’d to get your feedback. Thanks for listening and don’t forget to subscribe to get more casts in the near future.
