So i've been hitting the gym harder in the past few months, and what I've learned is that having a full range of motion is key to get the results I was looking for.
And I think we can all learn something with this. When you do something you need to go all in - basically have a full range of motion - Don't stop short!
With almost a third of all meetings ending up as wasted time, that means executives who spend 20 something hours of work per week in meetings are flat-out wasting almost eight of those hours -- nearly a full day of work every week.
Podcast 18 is live and all about Time Span of Discretion! This term was coined by Elliott Jaques, a Canadian psychoanalyst, social scientist and management consultant known for as originator of concepts such as ‘corporate culture’, ‘mid-life crisis’ and ‘fair pay’, as a total system of managerial organization.
Welcome to podcast 17
As most appreciated the last podcast format, this time I'll be covering a few subjects and they are the following subjects:
1) First, we'll talk about robo investing / robo advisors
2) Is investing in the stock market like gambling?
Today's subjects are the Teo Taxi bankruptcy, hacked usernames and passwords in the wild and finally the Facetime debacle.
Today’s subject is all about current jobs already or gradually being lost to AI.
A few weeks back, we had the chance to talk about AI. But today I’d like for us to look into the future and see the possible and direct impact of these technologies on our jobs.
Bottom line, the integration of AI in our day-to-day is that jobs will be lost or cut.
To give us some perspective, I’ve put together my top 10 list of jobs that are already close to gone or will eventually die.
Hear something missing? Have better ideas? Good so then let me know.
Podcast #12 is now live and today’s subject is all about Autonomous vehicles
And we’re not only talking about cars, but trucks, service vehicles and so on. As I use the word “cars” in the podcast to simplify the conversation, we can apply most comments to all vehicles on the road either today or coming in the next few years.
This is a complex subject and so I hope I can shed some light on the good sides and possible negative sides of this technology.
